Billie Lourd Net Worth from Inheritance

Fans believe that when Carrie Fisher died in 2016, she left her daughter at least a portion of her $25 million net worth. But how much of her estate was left to Billie, and how much did she actually receive?

Various sources estimate Fisher’s estate value at the time of her death to be between $18 million and $25 million. Taking into account legal fees and any donations Fisher requested from her estate, Billie appears to have inherited the majority of her mother’s wealth.

According to sources, she also inherited from her grandmother at the same time. As fans are aware, Billie’s grandmother Debbie Reynolds died the day after Carrie died.

Fans sympathized with Billie, who had just lost both her mother and grandmother in a matter of days, and it’s clear that no amount of money could ease her pain.

Though it is not reflected in her ‘official’ net worth of $20 million, Billie Lourd appears to have inherited at least a portion of her grandmother’s estate.Legal experts believe Debbie left a portion of her estate to her daughter (with her son Todd, ostensibly, receiving the other portion). When Carrie died, the amount was automatically transferred to her beneficiary.
