Family and Early Life
Chico Bean was born on February 20, 1987, in Washington DC. His father was killed on the streets of Washington when he was only two years old. His mother raised him with a lot of difficulties as a single mother. He attended Raymond Elementary Macfarland Middle School and later graduated from Winston Salem State University.
Chico Bean is currently single though he has had a relationship in the past. He has a 10-year-old daughter called Pierce Chanel.
Career
Chico Bean started his career in 2007 performing standup comedy in Greensboro; North Carolina. He became recognized when he performed as a curtain-raiser for Chris Wiles and later collaborated with two other popular comedians Darren Brand and B-Daht in 2009 formed a comedy group called Freestyle Funny Comedy Show. They were later joined by DeMar ‘OsamaBinDrankin’ Rankin. Sr. The group performed standup comedy shows at various colleges, universities, and comedy clubs.
In 2011, Nick Cannon was impressed by his performance and flew him to Gotham Comedy Club to take part in a set his standup comedy shows called Fresh Faces of Comedy. He spent some time rehearsing his skits and did an amazing performance at very short notice. Nick Cannon loved his performance and encouraged him to work hard and improve his skills.

Chico Bean auditioned for a series of Wild ‘N Out and moved to Ney York for more auditions in front of the people in charge of auditions on the MTV Show and he qualified to join the show.
