Williams was born on April 3, 1992, in San Diego, California. He attended his freshman year and played varsity at El Cajon Valley High School. He then played high school football at Mira Mesa Senior High School for almost three years.
College and Professional Career
Williams played his college football at Arizona Western College and then transferred to the University of Oklahoma in 2012. In 2013, he was banned from the team after violating team rules. In his two at Oklahoma, he rushed for 1,499 yards with 18 touchdowns.
In 2014, Williams was signed by the Miami Dolphins after he went undrafted. His NFL debut came against the New England Patriots. He finished his first season with Dolphins with 36 carriers for 122 yards and 21 receptions for 187 yards and a touchdown.
