On January 12, 1984, Tom Graff and Ginny MacColl gave birth to their daughter, Jessica Lauren Graff. Jessica was also born in New York City but raised in Frederick, Maryland. She began her circus training when she was only six years old. She begins gymnastics at three years and progresses to competitive gymnastics within six years.
