Family and Early Life
Kitayama was born on 14th January 1993 in Chico California in the United States. He currently resides in Henderson, Nevada. His parents are Clifford and Rumiko Kitayama. His mother is Japanese. He started playing golf at the age of five with his brother Daniel and a family friend.
Regarding his education, Kurt attended Chico High school. He had a great passion for basketball while growing up. Despite his height, he played golf for his high school team and was the senior co-captain and the starting point guard for the team. He later joined the University of Nevada-Las Vegas for his Bachelor’s degree between 2011 and 2015.
