Sharrieff Shah is an American football coach for the University of Utah. He is known to many as the husband of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah. As of 2021, Sharrieff Shah net worth is estimated to be roughly $1.5 million.
Early Life
Sharrieff was born on January 29, 1971, in Los Angeles, California to Ava Shah and Naim Shah. He was raised alongside his three brothers and two sisters. Sharrieff is the older brother of Sharmon Shah also known as Abdul-Karim al-Jabbar. His brother later changed his name from Karim Abdul-Jabbar after an NBA legend sued him.
His parents Naim Shah Sr. was a consultant in the healthcare industry while his mother Ava shah worked in the customs department.
Career
Regarding his footballing career, he played college football at the University of Utah. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science in 1993 and then masters’ degree in exercise and sports science. Unfortunately, a severe neck injury ended his football career in senior year, but nonetheless, he remained active to the sport through his brother and as a coach.
Sharrieff was also a track athlete at the Susan Miller Dorsey High School track-and-field team. He ran indoor tract for the Utes from 1990 to 1992 seasons.
From 1990 to 1993, Sharrieff was a letterman for the Utes. As of 2020, he has been the cornerbacks coordinator for almost nine seasons. Under his guidance, he has given the NFL five cornerbacks. He is also featured sometimes on ESPN for his coaching techniques.
Prior becoming a football coach, he was practicing attorney for 12 years. He started as a commercial litigator with Parsons Behle & Latimer and then as a trial attorney with Siegfried and Jensen. At Siegfried & Jensen, he fought medical malpractice and automobile accident cases.

Regarding his personal life, he is married to Jen Shah. She is currently one of the cast members on the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Sharrieff and Jen have been married for years.
Together, they have two sons named Sharrieff Shah Jr. and Omar Shah. Both kids are attracted to football. Their younger son plays in high school while Sharrieff Jr. plays for his dad on the Utes team.
